There are several ingredients found in iPickley, such as: water, vinegar, carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, jalapenos, dill, thyme, natural sea salt, whole black peppercorn, mustard seed, dried mint, sugar, citric acid, ascorbic.sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
Like most vegetables, pickles are almost all water and have very little fat or protein. They also have a high concentration of vitamins because the salty brine draws out the water from the pickles. It is also a good source of Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium and Manganese, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K and Calcium.
